Are you addicted to love?

Answer yes or no to the below questions

1. Have you ever gotten out of one relationship just to get into another?

2. Do you have a tendency to control you mate?

3. Do you feel worthless if you’re not in a relationship or your partner isn’t around?

4. Is your relationship with you parents broken or non-existent?

5. Are you often depressed?

6. Do you avoid rejection or abandonment at any cost?

7. Do you perceive attraction, attachment, and sex as basic human needs, on a par with food and water?

8. Do you feel incomplete if you are not in a relationship?

9. Is it difficult for you to trust in a relationship?

10. Do you confuse sexual attraction with love (ex. love at first sight) ?

If you answered yes to more than 3 of the questions above you might be addicted to love. Sure it sounds nice, but love addictions are very serious and often dangerous things.

In most cases, love addictions are the cause for many suicides, murders, stalking, and rapes. Love addictions don’t really get much attention because most people don’t think that they’re real. However, they are in more ways than one.

Individuals can become consumed with a fantasy world and will scheme to obtain that romantic high. The questions listed above are symptoms of love addiction and most are related to co-dependency and intimacy dysfunctions, that could be a result of  sexual/emotional abuse or childhood abandonment.

December 11, 2009

Well well well, what do we have a here, a rapper showing his fans some holiday love!

Earlier today, rapper Soulja Boy posted on his blog that he wanted help out his fans with their Christmas list. He is going to choose 5-10 lucky fans  and make their Christmas dreams come true. Sort of like a black swagged out Santa. :-p

http://souljaboyfans.com/2009/12/11/souljaboyfans-christmas-wishlist/

All his fans/you need to do is go to his site above and write your Christmas list in the comment section and attach your email. Simple right?

It always great to see someone helping out others from the good of there heart. Alot of people ridicule the him for his elaborate spending habits, but a good deed like this might just give them a change of heart.

He’s just too nice for me!

November 20, 2009

Ok me and my girlfriends frequently have the discussion of what we’d like in a mate and what we don’t. A common theme of things we don’t like is the guy that is too nice! You know the guy who is overly emotional, way too into the relationship before it begins, gives you thousands of awkward compliments, and blows you phone up more than ten times within an hour period. Of course we don’t want to date a jackass, but the truth of the matter is that I would rather date a jackass over a nice guy any day!

Shocking right? No! I’m not the only girl in the world who feels this way. Ever heard the phrase nice guys finish last? It exist for a reason. The reason is that women, although we never say it, don’t want to be impressed. I’m not America  Idol you can stop performing! With nice guys it feels like they are trying so hard to impress us or stand out from other guys that it is all an act. An act to show us that they can be Mr. Right and more! The truth is they only end up being Mr. Right Now… Until I Get a Boyfriend or My Best Male Bud!

Here’s the thing women just want sincerity. So anything that seems to be too extreme we don’t like and I’m unapologetic for that!
