When it came to nails and nail polish summer was all about bright colors and animal prints. I know my nails were decked out in bright yellows, pinks, whites, purples, blues, greens etc.. I couldn’t get enough!!! But now that summer is almost over it may be good to know what colors work for fall. Cuz I definitely don’t think the bright nail colors are going to be poppin this autumn. Retro-Glam
This look is definitely for those ladies who are on their grown-woman status. These nails colors have a golden undertone that compliment the style of the late 70s and early 80s. Granted these looks are hott!! I could see myself rocking these colors only on sunny fall day when they are guaranteed to stand out.
Metal Chic
Fresh!!! No other words can describe this look but fresh!!! This is not an everyday look and should only be whipped out on special occasions or fun evenings out on the town.
Ombre Manicure
Perfect fall look!! You can dress these nails up or down. This is my favorite look out of all the nails I posted and something I am going to try soon. Whatever fall color you choose it can readily be mixed in with this look.
Half-moon Manicure
Your traditional french manicure with a twist! This look involves you extending the depth of nail tip so it takes up about 75% of the nail and giving it a fresh cool fall color. Simple yet refreshingly sophisticated this look is something worth trying.
